With over 15 years’ experience of contributing and leading various products’ development in cutting-edge technologies, Farshad Sarabchi has earned his position as Averna’s DOCSIS product line owner. Using his in-depth knowledge and technical expertise in communication theory and signal processing Farshad designed and developed OFDM and OFDMA-based receiver algorithms for Averna’s in-house DOCSIS 3.1 protocol analyzer. His work led to the successful deployment of OFDM/OFDMA receiver including OFDM/OFDMA time/frequency synchronization, OFDM demodulation, and MAC layer post-processing. Among other specialties, Farshad is an expert in communication technologies (OFDM/OFDMA, MIMO, etc.) and specification/protocols (DOCSIS, Wi-Fi and LTE/LTE-A).
Having held many roles within Averna, Felipe Valenzuela has leveraged his communication and organization skills to lead the global support team. Through creative problem-solving and active listening, Felipe ensures all of Averna’s customers receive the results they expect from their test equipment. With the responsibility of supporting both custom-designed solutions as well as off-the-shelf products, Felipe’s technical experience covers a wide variety of specialties.
