With over 15 years of experience in the test & measurement industry, Javier is known for his thoroughness, diligence and understanding within regulated industries. By managing some of Averna’s largest accounts worldwide, he has hands-on experience solving his customers’ challenges including meeting compliance regulations, technical requirements, cost and deadlines. Javier brings an in-depth knowledge of system integration processes from design to V&V as well as business insight.

Senior Technical Program Manager

Matt originally started with Averna back in 2013 as a systems engineer. This role involved designing and building quality systems, documentation, development of requirements and design of acceptance testing. He used his leadership skills to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and to the customer’s requirements. Matt’s 20+ years of experience in medical devices includes serving as CTO of Green Sun Medical, a company founded to develop a novel connected brace to treat Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis, where he directed R&D and Operations.
